Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10+years experiencein product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years people management experience.

• Prior experience of leading security features within a large-scale database or data-related product.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.

• Provide strategic direction inidentifyinglong-term investment opportunities in security and data governance.
• Lead our team in planning security investments, functional specs, and driving scenario walkthroughs.
• Assess and evaluate emerging trends in IT security, information protection, data governance, and A.I.
• Coach our team of product managers to define business impact of security across the Azure Database organization andestablishclearly defined success criteria.
• Foster a data driven culture in the team by collecting performance metrics and forming hypotheses to measurably improve product development.
• Promote security with customers at conferences, workshops, and in meetings with analysts.
