Responsibilities include:*Supporting leadership team to plan and develop agendas for recurring strategic and operational meetings, such as weekly staff. Capture action items and ensure actions are tracked and executed.*Coordinate quarterly business reviews, planning meetings and offsites including setting the agenda, partnering with presenters on content, and coordinating logistics.*Driving adoption and measuring the impact of standard practices and tools across the organization.*Overseeing and leading key organizational tasks like space planning, growth planning, headcount planning, fiscal budget planning, and management in partnership with finance and admin teams.*Identifying cultural areas for improvement and turning them into action in partnership with People Team and Learning & Development experts. Could include initiatives around career development, hiring, employee engagement, training, communication.*Developing and driving communication plans, including All Hands, blogs, leadership updates and internal documentation.To be successful in this role, you will need to build effective partnerships across Apple and facilitate communication between cross functional groups.
