- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience supporting executive stakeholders regarding business strategy using data, analysis, and related reporting tools.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- Experience leading/facilitating cross-functional or global teams, managing and influencing teams of executives and managers, and establishing performance expectations.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, providing insights, and creating presentations highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities.
- Ability to develop strategies for improvement and support executive sessions/team meetings.
- Ability to collaborate with leadership to set goals and objectives, with excellent communication/people management skills.
- Excellent project/process management skills, with the ability to ensure alignment with organizational strategy, escalate inefficiencies, and manage and track budgets and resource utilization.
