Key Qualifications

  • Experience designing training programs for contact center personnel supporting technical troubleshooting and programs.

  • The ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Contact center or customer service exposure and experience preferred.
  • Experience with web-authoring tools, graphics design, or multimedia preferred.
  • Experience with online collaboration tools preferred.
  • Experience with developing and managing training content in multiple languages preferred.
Description
The manager will lead the day-to-day operations for the Continuity+ and Services onboarding training development team. Areas of responsibility include:Position may require periodic domestic or international travel.
Education & Experience
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $122,900.00 and $184,300.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
