What you'll do

• Enhance our documentation team's efforts in crafting, evolving, and refining user interface texts and software documentation in English.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to align content with technical needs.
• Engage in research and defining target-group-specific terminology.
• Create and revise instructional how-to videos.

What you bring

• Enrollment in a Technical Documentation / Communication and Media Management program or related field.
• Proficiency with DITA, topic-based writing, content management systems, and video production.
• Strong communication abilities paired with motivation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• A keen interest in IT and receptiveness to new technologies such as artificial intelligence.
• Initial knowledge of GitHub, Markdown, Docs-as-Code, and video creation a plus but not mandatory.
