What you bring
Enrollment in a Technical Documentation / Communication and Media Management program or related field.
Proficiency with DITA, topic-based writing, content management systems, and video production.
Strong communication abilities paired with motivation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
Fluent in both German and English.
A keen interest in IT and receptiveness to new technologies such as artificial intelligence.
Initial knowledge of GitHub, Markdown, Docs-as-Code, and video creation a plus but not mandatory.
