Joining the C&B team, you will contribute to optimizing and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits systems to attract, motivate, and retain talent, while ensuring economic efficiency and staying informed on market trends and economic indicators.

The scope of Compensation & Benefits group within the Human Resources function includes, but exclusively not limited to:

  • Analyze and administer compensation structures, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Administrate the Benefits platform – monthly budget adjustment.
  • Administrate medical subscriptions and life insurance for all EY employees and contractors.
  • Maintain the relationship with the benefits providers.
  • Single point of contact regarding the benefits
  • Prepare reports for salary surveys participation, analyze, and interpret the reports, prepare presentations for stakeholders.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and scenario modelling on compensation related matters.
  • Develop and update policies and procedures related with compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor the direct expenses budget execution and identify the deviations, working closely with the Finance team.
  • Propose, design, and implement recognition programs.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the HR systems, overseeing data entry and updates.
  • Participate in the annual salary review, working closely with business leaders.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Reasonable understanding of compensation principals, experience in analyzing salary surveys
  • Experience in working with large volumes of information and databases and many table forms;
  • Knowledge in Labor Legislation, payroll calculation, data analysis and data visualization.
  • 2 years of experience in working with compensation and benefits
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • Advanced Excel
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
