As a Senior Fiduciary Services Review Specialist within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in a home office location. You will work with the Central Account Review Team using the Siebel workflow and OnBase imaging systems to perform your assigned tasks. You will report to the manager of the Central Account Review Team. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, regular business hours or additional time as required.The job duties for this position are twofold and will include both Document Reviews and Account Reviews.Document Review duties include but are not limited to the following:Account Review duties include but are not limited to the following:Conduct quality and risk related full reviews of assigned existing Trust and Estate accounts to ensure proper system coding, validate client direction and ensure on-going appropriate administration in accordance with Trust Policy and Procedures in an effort to monitor compliance.As a Document Reviewer and/or Account Reviewer, you may participate in occasional meetings with Advisors and Fiduciary Market Managers/Fiduciary Directors to discuss risks associated with administering an account and provide clarity and guidance around questions and concerns with policy or regulatory requirements that are perceived to inhibit service to our clients. Extensive fiduciary experience is required for both roles.
Job Description- May perform one or more of the following functions:
- Completes quality and risk related full reviews of complex new and existing fiduciary and non-fiduciary accounts to ensure proper system coding, validate client direction and ensure appropriate administration in accordance with Trust Policy and Procedures in an effort to ensure compliance.
- Completes documents review for all new and potential fiduciary accounts, restatements, amendments and future fee appointments. Document review requires an in-depth review of the documents governing the administration of the proposed account identifying any risk that may be associated with administering the account.
- Prepares Receipt Release & Indemnification Agreements (RRIs) for terminating fiduciary accounts after thoroughly reviewing the account and identifying and escalating any administrative and risk related issues.
- Monitors account maintenance and name/address maintenance queue to ensure that all changes are appropriate and in accordance with governing documentation and/or PNC Policies and Procedures.
- Coordinates with internal partners to discuss administrative and risk related issues and resolve those issues.
