Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience within one or more of the following fields: Partnerships, Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, or Sales.
- Experience influencing across different functions and levels in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing partners, including C-level stakeholders in Korea.
- Knowledge or equivalent expertise and passion in AI, with capability to envision and articulate AI technology’s application to various industries.
- Ability to seed, rally, and execute new ideas and impact independently amidst complex and dynamic environments involving numerous teams, regions, and competing priorities.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English, as well as high emotional intelligence that enables close working relationships with multiple teams and executive-level leaders internally and externally.
