Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience within one or more of the following fields: Partnerships, Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, or Sales.
- Experience influencing across different functions and levels in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently, to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with a cross-functional work environment and navigating large-scale organizations.
- Understanding of the industry's issues, an outlook for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's strategies within Korea.
- Ability to quickly become immersed in a variety of industries and partner dynamics to provide strategic input and leadership to help drive cross-product area agreements.
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to inspire trust and influence outcomes.
- Ability to analyze strategic or complex issues and formulate a path for advancement. Effective problem solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
