JPMorgan Business Associate Service Delivery Manager

As a Business Associate Service Delivery Manager within Business Banking, you will oversee operations to prevent financial loss, safeguard the firm's reputation, identify emerging issues, and respond to situations that could negatively impact the confidentiality, integrity of information, or availability of critical operations that affect the firm and our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Advise stakeholders and executive sponsors on engagements
  • Serve as subject matter expert on end-to-end process for all third party engagements
  • Lead and/or execute process improvement initiatives
  • Support BAU activities associated with third party (vendor) engagements as a Service Delivery Manager
  • Ensure adherence to firmwide Third Party Oversight standards and other relevant policies
  • Gather information on engagements and contracts, as required
  • Document process and procedures effectively
  • Partner closely with Controls and other critical stakeholders to ensure issues are addressed timely
  • Work effectively across all products and business groups in Business Banking
  • Introduce process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Protects the firm by applying sound judgement
  • Be a culture carrier for a diversity, inclusion, and control mindset

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (Third Party Oversight or Global Supplier Services)
  • Experience with successfully executing process improvements
  • Experience identifying issues and resolving the root cause
  • Ability to adapt and actively looks for ways to mitigate risk to our clients and the bank
  • Appreciation for operational complexities and how they may translate to risk
  • Produces clear and succinct written and verbal communications and knows how to think through and frame messages for different audiences
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Technical understanding of internal controls, operational risks, and infrastructure (such as CORE)
  • Knowledge of Business Banking processes, procedures and business applications
