Responsibilities:

• Development of ICAAP and TEBU exercises considering forecast methodologies and different scenarios;
• Perform analysis and submission of ICAAP and TEBU reports based on local regulatory requirements;
• Lead discussions, with technical knowledge in capital management, risks, and accounting;
• Provide support to committee meetings with regulatory information;
• Advisory on Capital Regulatory Requirements and Capital Planning;
• Analyze policies, guidelines, standards, processes and its impacts in local process, identifying and acting in the resolution of complex problems;
• Lead improvement projects in process efficiency and delivery quality;
• Lead automation related projects (High Risk EUC retirement);
• Communicate with peers within the firm and externally, including regulators;
• Perform analysis of financial results and conclude cause of variances such as accounting issues and economic events impact;
• Produce metrics to senior management highlighting development progress, key issues and remediation status;
• Assist management and partner areas with ad-hock analysis of process, reports, procedures;
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members;
• Appropriately assess risk and impacts when business decisions are communicated, considering applicable laws, rules and regulations, adherence to policy and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of related experience;
• Experience with risk regulatory reporting to Brazilian Central Bank;
• Slid background in Risk Management;
• Accounting knowledge (both USGAAP and BRGAAP);
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements;
• Ability to work with counterparts in different areas of organization;
• Ability to manage workstreams in parallel and multitask;
• Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision;
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy;
• Proven organization and time management skills;
• Proven problem-solving skills;
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Programming skills (Python/ R) is considered a plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• MBA is a plus
