What you'll do

  • You are part of a team that is managing our third-party resources in Germany which are delivering the onsite end user support and are responsible for the hardware lifecycle of our end user hardware in Germany.

  • You are teaching our internal clients how to use the applications in our digital workplace (mainly everything client related in the M365 Universe) in personal onsite trainings.

  • You are responsible for the IT onboarding part of our new employees in Germany.

  • You are the starting point for our internal customers for their “non-everyday” issues and help them solve them with a customer-centric support approach.

  • You are supporting the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of our mobile devices.

  • You have in-depth knowledge and experience in the world of mobile devices and applications and can identify and solve new problems.

  • You can look at problems from different angles and can recognize relationships that you then use as a solution approach.

  • You work according to the principles of Agile/SAFe and are part of a self-organized team.

  • You apply the ITIL processes for problem management and document all relevant information in the Service Now system.

  • Work closely with other IT professionals, customers, and stakeholders to deliver a high level of service

  • Excellent knowledge of all relevant end user applications in the MS 365 universe

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – communicating with others, problem solving and decision making.

  • Positive attitude, sociable, a team player who is service oriented.

  • Ability to work without supervision and taking ownership of assigned tasks.

  • Willingness to accept additional responsibilities.

  • Excellent in German and English, both written and verbal.
