Job Description
The ideal candidate is experienced in learning management system software and administration. We seek an administrator who understands time-based deliverables for large projects. To be successful in this position, you should have an insightful understanding of learning management systems, attention to detail, and understanding for time management for task completion.
Designs visual aspects of curriculum, e-learning, and other LMS activities
Handle certification related issues such as enrolling, cancellation and data discrepancies
Reconciles student certification training records.
Track and monitor certification compliance, progress status, and provide monthly reports to Certification Manager
Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports and conduct specialized research projects as requested by the Certification Manager
Updates logs and databases and maintains files and documentation
Works simultaneously on multiple projects based on current curriculum needs
Works in a fast-paced environment with the ability to solve urgent issues real time with minimum supervision
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or achelor's Degree qualification
A minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience in training and learning management.
Experienced with Microsoft excel (Prefer Intermediate level)
The candidate should possess a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
The applicant must demonstrate the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively in various settings.
