What you’ll be spending your time on:
- The IT-Corp Sys admin will be part of a global Corporate IT team and will report to the IT Support team leader located in Israel
- Support Payoneer employees globally
- Troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
- Working closely with the cyber security team
- Workstation maintenance – Deploy, configure & upgrades
- Maintaining corporate cloud solutions (Windows365, Azure VDI, Office 365, etc.)
- Keep track of all IT inventory- Hardware, software, and licenses
- Supporting corporate collaboration platforms (video conferencing, Phone system, etc.)
- Bring new initiatives to the team (processes, procedures, automation, etc.)
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Great personality skills & Service Oriented
- Team player, out of the box thinker & Creative
- Tier 1 for customers seeking technical assistance
- Familiarity with MDM solutions like SCCM/Intune/jamf
- Experience with Microsoft Windows OS (servers and desktops)
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 (Exchange online, Azure AD, SharePoint)
- Installation & management of end user workstations (hardware, software & operating system)
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (WIFI & LAN & VPN)
- Familiarity with Video conferencing platforms & solutions (Teams Room OS)
- High level of spoken and written in English
Not a must but a great advantage:
- Experience with Power Platform
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with Virtualization environments – VMWare
- Familiarity with Palo Alto Firewalls, HPE Switches, Cisco Router
