- Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates
- Qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates
What we're looking for - Experienced in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations
- Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of non-tech/tech roles and levels
- Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment
- Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
- Experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units and regions
You might also have - Recognized as a subject matter expert across sourcing, engagement, and inclusive hiring.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS , GEM and Seekout

Gross base salary$92,600—$138,800 CAD
