Description
* Develop and enhance key software features to improve functionality and performance.* Collaborate closely with our internal team and cross-functional teams to drive continuous software improvements.* Analyze usage metrics and design software tools to optimize performance and streamline processes.* Communicate findings and insights effectively with the team, presenting data-driven solutions.* Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go) through coursework, projects, or internships.
  • Basic understanding of web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) through academic work or personal projects.
  • Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases like Redis or Cassandra).
  • Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerization tools like Docker.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Holding relevant work permit in Japan for the duration of the internship. No immigration support will be available for this internship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Swift, Objective-C) through internships, projects, or open-source contributions.
  • Practical experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js, and solid knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Hands-on experience using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) in projects or internships.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and working knowledge of Docker in a development environment.
  • Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL options like Redis, Cassandra) in real-world applications.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, including debugging and performance optimization.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
