What You’ll Own:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that supports WalkMe's business goals and brand identity
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and multimedia specialists
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of various content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media content
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with campaign objectives and product messaging
  • Establish and maintain editorial guidelines and content calendars
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
  • Manage content budgets and resources effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital adoption
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice across all platforms
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • 7+ years of experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
  • 3+ years of experience in team management and leadership roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven track record of developing successful content marketing strategies and executing high-performing campaigns
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with Gen AI tools for content analysis, iteration and creation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content
