What a typical day looks like:
Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand the needs of the Malaysia organization and align the talent strategy with the growth plans.
Identify success factors of high performing teams and implement plans to transfer best practices.
Conduct organizational design and team effectiveness assessments and diagnostics to address short term and future needs, ensuring the organization is well-prepared for growth.
Drive improvement on employee engagement and experience by analyzing survey data, developing and implementing action plans to enhance the overall employee experience.
Identify insights and make recommendations on talent retention strategies and development solutions to meet future workforce needs.
Develop and measure organization effectiveness solutions across the employee lifecycle.
Lead the design and deployment of talent development initiatives ensuring they are aligned to Operation plans.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR or Organizational Development (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources or related experience in business with specific experience in HR, consulting, project management and change management.
Strong understanding of HR practices, talent management, and organizational development methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
