Job Summary:
The EWO Program Associate plays a crucial role in supporting EY Canada's External Workforce Office, which focuses on managing the firm's contingent workforce and driving strategic efforts in this area. Reporting to the EWO Lead, the Program Associate works closely with our main internal client responsible for sourcing and onboarding contractors. The primary responsibilities of this role involve supporting the management of our contingent workers, which includes processing payments and maintaining effective communication with contractors. Additionally, the Program Associate acts as a key point of contact with our internal clients. The role also contributes to the overall success of our contingent workforce management program by actively participating in strategic initiatives.
Aligned to the shift timings/schedule of the Region
Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors and contractors via ElevateAP.
• Communicate and collaborate with contractors, answering queries and escalating any issues that may arise.
• Support client billing and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Perform data entry duties, including updating databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems as necessary.
• Support the EWO Program Coordinator on regular and ad-hoc project control requirements.
• Generate reports and assist in analyzing data to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Provide established resources and guidance to client-serving teams regarding financial processes and compliance.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations that apply to the use of external workers (including BRIDGE and PACE).
• Contribute to the improvement of existing processes as the program scales and matures.
• Assist in other strategic initiatives in an administrative and learning capacity.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data administration and analytics skills, with a focus on working with large quantities of data from various sources.
• Possess the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Willingness to learn complex sets of internal policies, compliance regulations, and best practices.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure and with time constraints.
• Excellent client service skills, networking, and relationship development skills
• Ability to be successful in a virtual team environment, working with limited supervision
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, preference will be given for those with HR Specialization.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, business administration, or human resources.
• Working in an international and diverse environment.
