Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a project management and a customer-facing, consulting or customer support operations role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with localization operations and strategy, localization program management, or experience in internationalization.
Experience in leadership problem-solving, combined with excellent business judgment and an ability to present to decision makers in a clear and compelling manner.
Experience working internationally or in other languages, with an interest in other cultures.
Ability to operate separately in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and global environment with proven success in project management, execution and multitasking in business process improvement and project management.
Excellent communication skills and experience in influencing/communicating with multiple stakeholders at all levels of management.
