As a Working Student in the Frankfurt Securities Services - Custody Middle Office team, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks, and will have exposure to several aspects of running banking operations. The program is designed to provide a one-year on the job experience and you will be expected to be available to work for 19 h/week during the semester and full-time during breaks, on-site in Frankfurt.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepares clients’ activity in unit deals and distributions for German Special Funds
- Delivers unit deal details to internal teams
- Maintains the transaction overview
- Manages e-mail inboxes for the team
- Ensure quality assurance, checks if all bookings have been processed
- Creates and submits daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for senior management
- Supports other teams in Custody Middle Office if required
- Completes project-related tasks depending on workload
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Studies of Business Administrations, Finance, Economics, or similar
- Fluency in German and in English
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and time management skills
- Ambitious, hard-working and self-motivated
- Reliable, proactive, and a team-player personality
