Join our Securities Services business as a Working Student in Frankfurt, where you'll help institutional clients optimize their portfolios in diverse global markets. As a Working Student in our Custody Middle Office, you will have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of cross-product activities and support. Your responsibilities will include Trade Settlement Instruction Capture, Settlement, Fails Management, Cash Instruction Capture, Overdraft Monitoring, Asset Servicing Instruction Capture, and Income/Corporate Actions completions. This role offers you a chance to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our team's success.
Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare clients’ activity in unit deals and distributions for German Special Funds
• Deliver unit deal details to internal teams
• Maintain the transaction overview
• Manage e-mail inbox for the team
• Assure quality (checking if all bookings have been processed)
• Create and submit daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for senior management
• Support other teams in Custody Middle Office if required

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Studying towards a degree in Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar
• Strong MS Office skills
• Attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Reliability and team-player personality
• Strong personal and relationship building skills
• Fluent in German and English
