About the role:

The Sr. Global Payroll Analyst supports the GBS Global Payroll Capability in all special projects and company initiatives that impact the payroll organization. The Sr. Global Payroll Analyst works independently and applies advanced payroll principles and knowledge to ensure standard operating procedures are followed, compliance to all local legal requirements relating to payroll, manages payroll efficiency and accuracy initiatives. Primary responsibilities for this position include pay results validation and confirmation using applied audit principles and designed controls. Develop, manage and implement continued process improvement initiatives, standardization.

You're Responsibilities include:

  • Lead payroll & workforce management requirements gathering, testing and documentation.
  • Responsible for data gathering, configuration, implementing, migrations, testing, deploy and user support for new implementation of Workforce Dimensions.
  • Establishes and/or maintains processes to support the collection and dissemination of such data/information.
  • Reviews and/or reconciles data to support business processes.
  • Consistently seeking ways to make department more efficient in the way we capture, process and disseminate data/information.
  • Actively participates in both system and process improvements.
  • Create documentation for department procedures as required.
  • Support internal and/or external audits as required.
  • Support adhoc requests and special projects as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology.
  • English Level desired: Intermediate.
  • Experience: 5-7 years experience payroll system implementation, documenting requirements, preparing and executing test plans, process mapping. Preference given to candidates with workforce management or payroll systems.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Desired knowledge: Knowledge of software development life cycle, business analysis, problem solving and value improvement.
