Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Design, document, and implement new business processes and workflows that drive key commercial business priorities for the Neuromodulation division.
Collaborate with business partners gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, process maps.
Facilitate process workshops and training sessions as needed.
Monitor and measure process performance using key performance indicators (KPI) and other metrics.
Identify and troubleshoot process related issues, providing solutions and recommendations for improvement.
Support the implementation of IT systems and tools that enhance business experiences.
Create and execute test scripts on appropriate projects.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all process related activities. Understand and stay in compliance with internal standard software methodologies.
Partner with existing technical teams to enhance knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and analytics solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
