Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving innovation with SAP Business AI: Understand, explore, and implement SAP Business AI capabilities across the SAP CX product portfolio to build impactful and engaging demos.
  • Building real-world use cases: Develop practical CX extensions using the SAP BTP Generative AI Hub, showcasing AI-powered solutions that solve customer challenges.
  • Transforming unstructured data: Use AI to convert unstructured data—such as PDFs or presentations—into structured content for seamless integration into demo environments.
  • Optimizing predictive models: Generate and refine synthetic data to improve AI predictive models in demo environments. This ensures presales teams can highlight the full potential of AI-driven capabilities in SAP Sales and Service Cloud.

What you bring

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences with a focus on:

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Design, Information Technology.
  • Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing tools, familiarity with Figma, and basic HTML coding are a plus but not required.
  • Learning Ability: Willingness and ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: Think creatively and ensure the quality and accuracy of the content produced.
  • Strategic Thinking & Communication: Ability to think strategically and contribute to innovative solutions; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively in virtual teams.
  • Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, open-minded, result-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Availability: At least two semesters, working part-time 16 to 20 hours per week.
