Supplier Engineering Director IGTS- BP
In this role, you are responsible for

• Lead Global Supplier Engineering team to develop and deploy the supplier management strategy for process and product quality in New Product development and Sustaining engineering.

• Responsible to motivated and qualified team who are inspired by the mission to serve our customers by delivering quality products and services.

• Develop, organize, and lead supplier improvement projects in collaboration with multiple businesses and supplier sites with Zero Defect mindset.

• Collect and analyze supplier quality performance data from businesses and go to the Gemba at suppliers to identify trends/gaps/opportunities/risks.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Masters preferred

• 10+ total years’ experience in expanding engineering leadership roles (Supplier Quality, Manufacturing or R&D) in a regulated industry

• Demonstrated ability to establish and lead a team in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive E2E improvements

• Strong leadership skills, to include; change management, communications, building rapport, and executing within a complex matrixed organization

• Successful track record leading people, executing complex manufacturing or new product development projects/programs / improvement opportunities

• Strong project management competencies and successful track record in meeting the project deliverables e.g. Quality, Cost and Timeline

• Effectively communicates to numerous stakeholders including senior management, other Business Groups, internal and/or external stakeholders
