Head of Service Marketing, IGT Systems
• Lead the marketing department of the Service and Solutions Delivery business of IGT Systems, driving the entire service portfolio, strategy creation, and execution.
• Represent Philips’ commitment to partnership and maximum value for customers throughout the lifecycle of solutions, contributing to the growth of this approximately $1B business.

• Influence the service strategy and product roadmap, driving the creation and launch of service value propositions.
• Contribute to the digital strategy and business models execution, enhancing sales and overall operational performance of new services.
• Lead partnership efforts to deliver services linked to IGTS new product introductions (NPIs), continually developing team capabilities for high performance.
You are part of:-
Image Guided Therapy Systems. IGT-S is focused on improving patients’ lives through diagnostics and therapy spanning a wide range of applications including cardiology, neurology and radiology. You will be dedicated to the Service and Solution Delivery business located in Best, the Netherlands. This key arm of the IGT-S business offers a portfolio of services and solutions to the customer throughout the lifecycle of the systems. You will have a primary reporting line to the Business Leader. You will work in an international environment with English as mainly used language. 1. Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; MBA preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, healthcare, or Medtech products or solutions.
3. Strong leadership experience with a track record of leading direct reports.
4. Ability to craft customized value propositions, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
