What You Need to Bring

• Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years orMaster'sdegree with 3-4 years of experience in design, research, or related fields.

• Experience designing products and platforms, including native apps, focusing on both consumer and enterprise experiences, including systems design.

• Proficiencywith standard design and prototyping tools like Figma, Miro, Asana, and similar platforms.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and to translate customer requirements into data-driven hypotheses.

• Strong communicationskills to effectively gather feedback from developers through diverse methods, such as user testing, surveys, and interviews.

• Experience in working with cross-functional teams tofacilitatethe development and delivery of developer tools, fostering inclusivity.

• Familiarity with coding and practical experiencein computer science, software engineering, or a related field preferred.
