1. Proven track record in shaping and executing large-scale consumer product roadmaps.
2. Highly skilled in driving cross-functional initiatives—from product features to distribution strategies and external partnerships.
3. Exceptional data analysis, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience aligning diverse teams, customers, and stakeholders.
4. Entrepreneurial, action-oriented mindset with the ability to respond swiftly and decisively, confident in taking ownership and making informed decisions.
5. 10+ years of product management experience, ideally with an MBA.
6. Bonus: Background in products focused on content creators / influencer economy is a plus

• Develop and execute a feature roadmap to bring professional expertise into Bing, ensuring success for both experts and users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, manage deliverables, and meet key performance indicators (OKRs).
• Analyze user behavior and usage patterns to identify customer needs and deliver valuable, user-centric solutions.
• Onboard and scale professional participation through outreach, partnerships, and other scalable mechanisms.
• Create and implement growth strategies, including partnerships and cross-org collaborations, to increase daily active users and drive product adoption.
• Continuously monitor product progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to senior leadership.
• Design and deliver intuitive user experiences that delight both professionals and Bing users.
• Ensure fast-paced, high-quality execution of product initiatives in collaboration with development and design teams.
