In this role, you will own products and solutions end-to-end, and will be responsible for product innovation and strategy, roadmap, feature requirements, user experience, product adoption and overall user satisfaction. We are looking for someone with deep understanding of emerging technologies in master data management, Microsoft technology stack and cloud solutions to lead this initiative.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product management or software development OR equivalent experience in delivering multiple software products and services with end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects/features concurrently.
• Product Mindset & Demonstrate customer obsession, vision led, make data driven decisions, deliver right outcomes, and tell the story.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively with engineers, leadership team as well as non-technical partners and customers.
• Excellent writing skills to deliver functional and technical specs, formal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs.
• Experience in customer data management, taxonomy/hierarchy management products/solutions.
• Ability to build effective relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Business acumen, analytical and detail oriented.
• Experience with leading digital transformation infusing AI capabilities.
• Ability to quickly learn existing concepts and employ new techniques.
• Business acumen and customer focus to understand customer scenarios and translate them as product/solution
• requirements.
• Drive engineering execution and delivery across all the disciplines to deliver scenarios and features with very high quality.
• Prior software development experience and/or experience with development of PowerApps a Plus.
• Experience in analyzing data, deriving actionable insights to drive impactful engineering solutions.

• Define and evolve the product vision and direction for master data solutions and complex taxonomy/hierarchy management.
• Envision and reimagine technologies at scale with AI first mindset to empower Microsoft Sellers and Partners.
• Participate in deep technical design of features by engaging with engineering technical leaders and architects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in master data management and data architecture to continuously improve data management processes.
• Partners with the engineering team to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on the roadmap for multiple feature areas (e.g., product, service). Understands the value proposition for the multiple feature areas and answers technical questions on the multiple feature areas they own.
• Helps track and manage dependencies to enable cohesive, connected user scenarios, and to identify potential risk areas and escalate appropriately.
• Define and measure product success metrics to drive business value.
• Effectively communicate product plans and status.
• Become a subject matter expert within the company and work to significantly enhance digital and AI transformation in commercial systems.
