Philips Account Manager Customer Service

Your role:

  • Maximizing Customer Service order intake, sales and price realization at the assigned accounts.
  • Ensuring continuity of the relationship with all the stakeholders in the accounts’ organization , also facilitates the executive level interfaces between company and the accounts
  • Preparing and executing the annual account plan and sales forecast in line with the regional strategy
  • Continuously maintain the CRM tool to ensure a good visibility of market opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
  • Systematically analyzing won & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a solid knowledge of the Healthcare industry and service segment
  • Experience working with large matrix teams both internal and externally
  • Understand local market environments, public tenders, private customers and local challenges and regulations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English languages
  • Clean driving license
  • Willing and able to visit customers on the field
