JOB DESCRIPTION
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct research and analysis to build up channel database
Close monitoring of market and competition
Develop and implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance channel performance
Optimize channel partner selection, onboarding, and enablement processes
Monitor channel performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Perform day-to-day commercial related work as required3+ Full-time working experience in an analytical field, preferably with a professional service background (e.g. management consulting, market research firm, research dept. in investment banking, etc.)
Experience in channel / sales management or sales, with a proven track record of driving channel performance and revenue growth is a plus Strong communication skills in English & Chinese; Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders
Ability to effectively manage channel partner relationships and navigate complex sales cycles
Outstanding analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative way, ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks
Can independently conduct extensive data research, e.g., desktop research, data consolidation and synthesis, conducting interviews with senior guidance
Can-do attitude, attention to details, well organized, ability to multi-task, proactively drive impact and get results Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
