As our Director you’ll translate overarching business strategy into HR function vision, strategies, operating model and solutions. You will:

  • Lead the delivery of transformative engagements with customers that drive better outcomes across HR/Payroll and Workforce Management, working with alliance partners like SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow and Dayforce
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction, evaluating and recommending solutions that align with our clients' business goals
  • Evaluate solution architecture and its business impact, recommending technologies that align with client goals, while ensuring delivery meets local performance objectives across service quality, risk, business growth, and innovation

  • Proven experience leading large-scale HR technology and transformation projects (ideally including SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud HRIS platforms).
  • Strong capability in shaping solutions that address complex workforce challenges, including global delivery models.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage escalations in high-pressure environments, while influencing senior stakeholders and shaping client propositions that align with EY’s offerings.
