As our Technology Transformation Specialist, you'll play a pivotal client-facing role ensuring our programmes runs smoothly and meet the desired outcomes. You'll bring deep transformation expertise and a strong background in technology delivery, including large-scale ERP implementations. with proven history in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding service throughout the programme lifecycle.


Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement transformation frameworks and processes to ensure effective project management practices.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, supporting the production of deliverables in accordance with EY methods.
  • Coordinate programme management activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, contractual arrangements and adherence to best practices.
  • Support the preparation of regular reporting for different levels of management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accountability and scope management.

Ngā Pūkenga | Skills and attributes for success

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • 5-7 years management consulting, transformation delivery,or related roles.
  • Proven experience in PMO/TMO setup and coordination.
  • Experience with senior stakeholder reporting and performance management, including benefits realisation
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in SAP or similar ERP implementations is preferred but not essential

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
