Key job responsibilities
- Pick IT assets for configuration, deployment and shipping
- Maintain inventory levels, including asset storage, organization and auditing
- Prepare IT assets for transportation in line with IT and Information Security polices
- Manage returned IT assets for reuse, reverse logistics processes or disposal
- Improve existing shipping processes
- Documentation of processes

- High school or equivalent diploma
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent
- Experience in management
- Experience with SQL
