This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…
• Create and execute marketing strategy in various formats, with end goal of increasing marketing KPIs
• Create and execute the yearly brand activity plan in line with BU strategies in order to deliver brand targets in tight collaboration with trade and sales team
• Understanding & proactive generation of insights via closeness with consumers, experts and shoppers, pharmacists and patients to help activation and feedback the category team
• Coordinate and implement communication strategy, including planning campaigns on all channels (TV, on-line, other)
• Manage working with creative, media, PR and performance agencies under the close supervision of the BU Marketing Director
• Closely monitors market, own and competition’s performance, prepares market analysis
• Tracks closely the OTC brands A&P budget and ensures spending is fully under control
• Prepares monthly consumption forecasts
• Support BD team as needed on key marketing projects
• Manage go-to-market marketing activities related to new feature/product launches for the consumers
• Works closely and builds strong relationships with numerous inner stakeholders
• Support the roll-out of the strategy of European OTC team and feed them with local insights
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
• Min Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, economics, management)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing/Brand Management (FMCG / OTC products)
• Hungarian and fluent English language skills
• Solid understanding of P&L
• User level experience of MS Office programs
