What You’ll Do:- You will manage the calendar and meetings for the Senior Director, frequently collaborating with counterparts in the US.
- You will coordinate with the travel desk to arrange travel plans and handle expense reporting.
- You will coordinate offsites, fun activities, town halls, and manage the site-level budget for these events.
- We assist in planning and organizing meetings, including handling the agenda and tracking action items.
- You will work closely with US counterparts to coordinate and handle travel and meetings during executive visits from the US.
Technical Skills:
We are looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant with 10+ Years of experience in the below skills:
- We require experience in managing processes, working with travel desks, arranging team offsites, and negotiating with vendors.
- We require a demonstrated ability supporting Directors, Senior Directors, or higher-level executives.
- You should be proficient in using Outlook Calendar.
- You should have strong proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in building strategy and collaborating across teams and locations is essential.
