Principal activities
- Following the different European Parliament activities in site and online, such as the Committees (ENVI, AGRI, PECH, ITRE, IMCO, SANT) and particular political party events ;
- Supporting the EU AH Policy team in general and the new tech policy lead in particular at building up a stakeholders organisation on agtech and digitalisation of agriculture ;
- Supporting policy activities on different areas such as Animal Health law, Digital EU packages, Twin transition, Animal Welfare policies, Agriculture, Sustainable food systems, aquaculture, Chemical legislation, Fisheries ;
- Following strategic guidelines and regulations, highlight the benefits of the sector, and identify key strategies for development ;
- Support on Animal Health business: analysis on the animal health sector with special emphasis on the “One health” approach ;
- Attending policy meetings and reporting back.
- Elaborating reports and summaries on relevant hearings and bill markups in EU institutions ;
- Office work (daily and recurrent tasks, presentations, etc.) ;
- Ensuring clear, precise, and timely communication with the team on priority issues ;
- Providing support in event organisation.
- English spoken and written ;
- Another language of the European Union is an asset.
