You would act as a Product Manager

As a Product Manager you will:

  1. Customer Engagement & Roadmap Development:
    • Deliver customer roadmap presentations to articulate our vision and gather feedback.
    • Formulate new product requirements and specifications based on customer goals/feedback, market analysis, competitive landscape, and engineering backlog.
    • Craft and maintain a robust product release plan ensuring a healthy and realistic roadmap.
  2. Market & Industry Representation:
    • Maintain and nurture relationships with industry analysts through regular interactions and presentations to ensure our product is well-represented in market guides and quadrants.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate findings into product strategy.
  3. User Experience & Design Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with UX teams to ensure a seamless user experience, providing clear feature requirements and participating in design reviews and beta testing.
    • Champion the user's perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.
  4. Product Marketing & Communication:
    • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to create impactful product release announcements, feature updates, press releases, service descriptions, and ordering guides.
    • Develop training materials, use case videos, community blogs, and other reference materials to promote product usage and adoption.
  5. Development & Quality Assurance:
    • Collaborate with Dev and QA teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of product features, thorough testing from various user perspectives, and adherence to release timelines.
    • Ensure high-quality product releases by overseeing testing processes and addressing any issues promptly.
  6. Integration & Solutions Development:
    • Guide integration and solutions teams to develop valuable solutions that leverage product features effectively.
    • Foster strong partnerships with SIEM, EDR, NDR, and other SecOps and NOC products to form a unified security strategy.
  7. Internal Collaboration & Enablement:
    • Work with internal teams to maximize the benefits of SOAR, providing support and guidance on best practices.
    • Regularly sync with sales, pre-sales, and business development teams to ensure their needs are addressed and they have the resources required for success.
  8. Partner & Alliance Management:
    • Collaborate with the alliance team to onboard new integration partners and create solution briefs and whitepapers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance product capabilities and market reach.
  9. Community & Documentation:
    • Ensure the community portal remains active and engaging, fostering healthy discussions and knowledge sharing.
    • Work with documentation teams to produce high-quality product and solution guides.
  10. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
    • Regularly review market trends and competitive updates, preparing battle cards and other strategic documents.
    • Monitor key POCs to support account teams with the necessary information and R&D support for successful conversions.
  11. Revenue & Regional Performance Reporting:
    • Regularly report back to PM leadership on revenue progress and projections.
    • Monitor and track regional growth, identifying opportunities to support and uplift low-performing regions.

We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in product management within the cybersecurity industry, preferably with SOAR products.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including SIEM, EDR, NDR, and other SecOps and NOC products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with industry analysts and participating in market research.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
