Key responsibilities:

  • You will define long term product strategy for your product area within Shop & Deliver
  • You will define success metrics and KPIs for your product capability and drive alignment for initiatives with your stakeholders
  • You will execute with a high-performing and growing team of product managers, engineers, UX, data scientists and operations managers
  • You will influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive buy-in for your ideas and roadmap
  • You will consistently prioritize problems and opportunities for effort vs. potential returns to optimize your time for the highest potential impact

Need to have:

  • Spectacular critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and managing large cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years of product / tech consulting experience working closely with engineering, analytics, operations and design team
  • Deep care for users with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
  • Successful features you’ve shipped within past companies and thoughtful analysis of what worked and why
  • High level of ownership, and drive to quickly understand product area, turn around an MVP and several iteration
  • Experience building 0-1 products and scaling them
  • Experience leading product teams
  • Product experience in eCommerce / Marketplace / Delivery / Retail
