  • Prior experience with execut ing and deliver ing results in a highly matrixed organization via customer focus, business impact and prioritization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field and 4 + years’ experience in product management, project management, management consulting, retail

  • ll CRM products and personalization models in support of corporate goals and objectives by using customer and market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements; and presenting and clearly articulating product strategy to company leadership.

  • Drives the product discovery process for large complex, and/or ambiguous projects by collaborating with the business, User Experience, and Engineering teams during discovery to assess value, usability and feasibility of product features; specifying, prioritizing, and communicating high level and detailed product specifications

  • Supports product implementation and deployment for large, complex, and ambiguous projects by engaging with Engineering and Project Management during implementation to answer questions and make scope trade off decisions; working closely with Marketing and the business to launch products and ensure their completion; coordinating post-launch activities to validate that the product works as designed and that acceptance testing was successful; and defining, tracking and improving key product metrics.

  • You actively drive and contribute to resource planning to ensure program success and drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions

  • Skilled at diplomacy and aligning stakeholders with competing priorities, including senior leaders.

  • Ability to manage complex business problems in terms of people, processes, and technology to enable teams and deliver best-in-class products.

  • Able to exercise technical judgment to keep goals for programs, projects, and products realistic and attainable within a given timeline.
