As a business developer for the Specialization Program, you will drive end to end ownership of AWS programs and development activities. Key job responsibilities- Continually experiment with new approaches to simplify launch partner experience and maximize launch partner visibility
- Develop data-driven narrative proposals for new initiatives or evolving programs, including return on investment profile and financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain core metrics and insights analyzing partner feedback and sentiment
- Measure and report effectiveness of program
- Own goals/performance reporting

- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- 5+ years of responding to requests for proposals (e.g., determining requirements, matching requirements to technical approach and solutions, developing solutions against requirements) experience
