Insight & Analitics Manager

Job Summary:

As a Business Partner in the EU MI&A team specifically for the CEE region, you will leverage data analytics, strategic insights, and effective communication to support and drive business objectives. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the integration and implementation of insights that enhance our region’s competitive intelligence and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Visualization:

- Perform in-depth data analysis and visualization to support decision-making.

- Use Qlik/Power BI and other tools for data representation.

2. Communication & Storytelling:

3. Strategic Collaboration:

4. Market Insights & Business Acumen:

5. Standardization & Automation:

- Contribute to the standardization of sourcing, reporting, and automation efforts.

- Support the implementation of the Install Base Replacement and other key projects within the CEE region.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Qlik/Power BI, database management, and data visualization tools.

- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and its applications.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

- Knowledge of MedTech industry trends and competitive landscape, particularly in the CEE region, is a plus.
