Your role:Co-managing the operations of the various Innovation organizations within your scope,including course correction required to stay on track with both financial and non-financialperformance targets.
Managing the portfolio of activities and supporting strategic decisions by means of soundbusiness analysis (bus. modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.)and via interaction with business stakeholders outside Philips Innovation & Strategy aswell as via the Board of Management.
Monitoring the financial position of the various Innovation organizations within your scope.
Identifying risks and opportunities to current financial projections and taking correctiveactions where needed (e.g., margin improvement, cost improvements, productivityimprovement, charging mechanism to BUs).
Coordinating and leading the Monthly Performance Reviews, Forecast, and AOP reviews,reports, and analysis in cooperation with FP&A.
Conducting investment business case reviews.
Managing relationships with other finance pillars, gathering inputs and jointly ensuringfinancial control.
Ensuring business integrity: driving adherence to FCPA, GBP, and revenue recognition.Monitoring and controlling functional processes and their execution for ICS/SOXcompliance. Maintaining proper financial documentation.

Business savvy and political acumen to be able to interact with General Managers ofbusinesses and functions.
Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involvespecial skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influencesenior-level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
Proven track record in the ability to balance speed and accuracy allowing for continued speedin decision-making and execution.
Relentless drive for results and proven leadership in driving performance.
Frequently interact with functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gainthe cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerningspecific projects or schedules.
Working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depthknowledge of the company.
A proven track record in managing multi-functional teams, laterally and/or hierarchically,towards a common goal.
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
8 years or more of progressive working experience and roles in e.g. Finance, FP&A, financialcontrol, management reporting, and analysis, preferably within an international environment.
Bachelor or master’s degree in business economics, Finance, Accounting, or related studies.
