The successful candidate will:
- Advise experienced leadership to develop client financial objectives for the largest and most complex clients
- Analyze gathered facts to reach a conclusion for the most complex Securities Sales matters
- Identify opportunities to mitigate legal, regulatory, reputational, and financial risks
- Lead the strategy and resolution of some of the most complex and significant challenges across Securities Sales
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and resolution
- Act as a top subject matter expert to lead complex, innovative, and diverse initiatives with high risk or with significant scope, cost, and benefits
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
- Represent the company externally in networking events
This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years Bulge bracket experience including extensive new issue placement, leads for prime brokerage, and collaborative work with derivatives and electronic trading teams
- Experienced senior generalist Sales experience covering top NY hedge funds and long-only clients
Job Expectations:
- Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 24 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.

$249,500.00 - $518,300.00
