In this role you will be responsible for:


  • Leading with vision and strategy, building a positive and performance driven culture through partnerships, training, talent development, and driving durable growth and continuity
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with various internal functional groups to understand and complete business operational support and drive customer outcomes
  • Staying abreast and partner with corporate functions on developments concerning trade laws, regulations, and advise on advance trade compliance matters
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with global cross-functional internal and external Logistics partners (e.g., brokers, freight forwarders, and other third-party vendors within supply chain) including partnerships that help analyze trade-related data and identify trends that help achieve trade compliance and realize efficiencies within global supply chains
  • Designing and conducting periodic monitoring risk assessments and audits related to trade operations, root-cause analysis on deficiencies and implement corrective action and improvement plans
  • Innovating, identifying and implementing IT automated solutions and AI/Advanced powered tools that improve productivity, streamline and automate compliance processes enhance efficiencies
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent and 10+ years experience delivering dynamic trade compliance solutions
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating, empowering, supporting and engaging professionals to achieve optimal business results, develop their skills and careers, and enjoy their work.
  • Confirmed knowledge and experience developing processes associated with global trade compliance programs
  • Solid knowledge of export controls and trade sanctions regulations and compliance and enforcement expectations for trade compliance programs

  • Flexibility in adjusting to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies to adapt to evolving global trade compliance rules and regulations
