What You'll Do
- Develop tools to enable marketers to manage marketing budgets across multiple channels from a single campaign manager portal.
- Create systems to track and report on ad spend return on investment.
- Build systems to automate ad operations.
- Develop systems that use advanced machine learning techniques to optimize spending across different channels.
- Maintain high standards for sustainable engineering by following best practices and producing high-quality code, documentation, testing, and monitoring.
What You'll Need
- Strong architectural skills: Knowledge of data structures and a keen eye for architecture. Ability to discuss trade-offs between architectural choices both theoretically and practically.
- Proven track record of managing highly performant teams.
- Demonstrated experience in setting vision and leading teams.
- Proven success in a production environment.
- Collaborative team approach: Belief in achieving more as a team and valuing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Understanding of business and design requirements to create a delightful user experience, whether working on an API, an internal tool, or a customer-facing feature.
- Experience querying data using SQL.
- AdTech experience is a significant plus.
