Manage, lead, train, and motivate the brand sales team in India (managed service & programmatic PMP business)
Strategic leadership of major brand advertising partnerships across the Indonesia market
Work with the executive leadership team to define, achieve, forecast, and exceed revenue and business goals
Continuously evolve sales systems and processes in order to operate with optimal efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with our Head of Strategy and Head of Client Services to deliver innovative ideas to our customers while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Understand the needs, goals, and objectives of the brand and agency buying community and actively advocate on their behalf with our marketing & product teams.
Responsible for ensuring best-in-class representation within the advertising community.
Active involvement in the day to day management of Salesforce, ability to track progress and manage reports on a regular basis
About you:
Must have “programmatic DNA” and understand programmatic advertising, buying, and selling
8+ years of experience leading sales teams that sell to agencies and agency trading desks
Must be innovative, forward-thinking, high-energy, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced/evolving environment
Analytical/strategic thinker, creative problem solver, resourceful, and able to initiate change and motivate innovation and creativity
Strong time management abilities
Deep industry relationships, preferably at holding company agencies and their ATDs
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization including VP & C-Level audiences
Extensive knowledge of the digital landscape, mobile landscape, and the media industry
