JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the assembly and testing of our products. You will be responsible for following work instructions and procedures to ensure the accurate and efficient assembly and testing of components. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Assembly & Test Supervisor and you'll work out of our Clearwater, FL location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations by ensuring the accurate assembly and testing of components. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success of our products.

Shift: 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday
• Follow work instructions and procedures to accurately assemble and test components.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and functionality of assembled and tested components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Document and report any issues or discrepancies during the assembly and testing process.

U.S. Citizen REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in assembly and testing.
• Experience leading a diverse team
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Strong communication • Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• SMT experience
• Experience with soldering and wire harness assembly.
• Knowledge of electrical components and their functions.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in electrical assembly.
